上旋球,吊高球,都是独立的概念,组合起来的上旋吊高球也是独立的打法。但是上旋吊高球运用到技术是和上旋球,吊高球有相通的部分。

正旋球 (Topspin) 或称 上旋球、高旋球 (Overspin)--- 从球之下方往上抽,动作由低而高的往前推动,即产生正旋,球速加快,向移动方向迅速旋转,在空中急速落下,不易出界,且落地后反d高而快,将使对手较难还击,此种打法需要腕力、臂力、腰力,充分配合,不断累积练习,方能体会其中诀窍。

上旋球技术,主要是一种主动的、发力的、进攻性击球挥拍时,靠手臂,甚至手腕的全力急速上提来增加球的旋转和速度这对击球者的各方面身体素质的要求都很高,比较适用于有一定运动训练基础的球员在职业比赛的激烈对抗中,这种技术比比皆是,但它却不太适合初学者学习上旋球的飞行路线弧度较大,过网时的高度稍高,落地后反d角度较大

平击球 (Flat shot)--- 以水平方式向前推动,加以下压,为快速球击法,较难控制,容易出界。并不是指一定要击出不旋转的球其主要是指球拍在击球过程中,尽可能地水平向前挥出效果是,当初学者对球点的判断,把握还不太精确时,稍微的有或前或后的误差,都在有效击球区域内,仍然可以把球回击过网这对培养初学者尽快掌握正手击球技术有很大的帮助平击球的飞行路线弧度较小,过网时的高度稍低,落地后反d角度较小

从球的旋转性能分类,有上旋球、下旋球、平击球、侧旋球(内侧球)等不同旋转的打发,网球的各种打发于旋转很有关系,下面介绍几种不同的正拍击球法:

1上旋球

正拍上旋球是球拍自后下方向前上方挥动摩擦整个球体产生球由后下方朝前上方转动,故叫做上旋球。这种打法是在击球时,加大向上提拉挥动的幅度,使球产生较为急剧的上旋。上旋球的特点是飞行幅度高,下降快,落地d起的反射角度较小,前冲力较大。打上旋球最大的(优点)是便于加力控制,是正拍击球中既能发力重大,又能控制进入场区减少失误的击球方法,由于是在快速跑动调整精确的击球点很难,而上旋球者有较大的把握性,其他击法容易失误,另外,正拍上旋球的飞行路线呈彩虹状,过网后有急剧下降的特点,可以打出短的斜线球,把对方拉出场外回击取得主动。上旋球还是破坏对方上网的有利武器。教低的上旋球落在对方上网人的脚下,使其难于还击。

2下旋球

和上旋球相反方向的是下旋球,俗称"削球"。击球时,球拍稍向后倾斜,挥拍是由后上方至前下方打球的后下部产生下旋转,球是由前上方向后下方旋转并向前飘行,过网时很低,落地后d起也很低并伴有回d(走)现象,下旋球的落点容易控制,也可以打对方的深区,常用于随击上网,可以协调连贯地把随击与上网结合起来,利用球的飞行时间和深而准的落点冲至网前截击;也可以做为变换旋转和节奏的打法,扰乱对方的节奏,使之失误。

3平击球

挥拍击球的路线向上较平缓,击球时拍面几乎垂直地面。击球的正后部,用同样的力量击球,平击球的球速最快,球落地后前冲力大,球的飞行路线较平直,但其准确性和控制力较差,因此这种击法在比赛中较少使用。

4侧旋球

击球时球拍由后部向内侧平行挥动(也称"滑击"),使球产生由外向内的侧旋转,故称侧旋球。这种球飞行路线呈水平向外侧的弧线飞行,落地后向外跳,常用于正拍直线进攻。

在实践中,球的旋转常是混合性能的,球的旋转与来球的方向、力量,旋转速度和击球时的挥拍路线、触球时的拍面角度等因素有关。因此,要掌握正拍击球的不同旋转球方法,需要在平时训练中反复练习。
