教你如何整理电脑上的文件和文件夹资料

1、桌面图标归类：

用电脑的时候，首先一看到的就是桌面，如果桌面一堆快捷键，一看到心情就会不好，更别说用电脑了，整个人心情都会很烦。所以，可以把桌面面的快捷键，归好类，以后打开的时候，去相应的文件夹里面打开，这样会很清爽了。

2、磁盘分区：

除了桌面，其它的磁盘也需要清理的，不然文件资料就是一堆乱。为了更好的整理电脑里的资料，可以把各分盘的名称更改一下，这样有篮球更好的整理电脑里文件资料。

3、文件归类：

大类的做好以后，就是小类的文件了。把每一个文件分好分类，再建一个文件夹，把同类的文件放在一起，这们即方便整理文件，也利于查找文件。

4、文件做好标注：

如果电脑里面的资料太多了，真的不方便查找 ，所以在整理文件的时候，最好把每一个文件做好标注，比如时间标注，这样在遇到同类的文件的时候，就能清楚的分辨了。

5、定时删除不要的文件：

电脑里面的空间都是有限的，除了整理资料，还需要把不要的文件或或视频进行删除，这样即腾出了空间，也可以把电脑里面的资料整理得干干净净。

6、文件不要安装在C盘：

安装软件会占有用电脑的空间，其它的盘还没什么，但是如果把文件安装在C盘，会让电脑变得很慢很慢，打开一个文件都会需要几分钟，更不用说整理文件了，所以，在整理文件前，先把不要的软件删除，或者安装到其它磁盘。
