欧洲专利(EP)和德国专利(DE)有何区别?

没有区别。欧洲专利(EP)就是德国专利(DE)，作用范围都一样。只是德国专利知识在德国登记，德国商标专利局是欧专局没关系，德国专利商标局成立于1877年。1945年以前称为德意志帝国专利局，1949年，原德意志帝国专利局更名为德国专利局，总部设在慕尼黑，隶属联邦司法部。

won't be charged. If you decide later in the free trial to continue your

membership after the free trial period, you can change this setting

back by clicking Continue membership. You can opt out at any time during the free trial period.
