生产流程流程细节点
1、玻璃输入检测ITO粗糙度、电阻率,清洗
2、 铬图形制备 涂胶、曝光、显影、刻蚀等;
3、ITO图形制备 同2
4、绝缘层制备 涂胶、曝光、坦洞显影等(注意无刻蚀步骤)
5、隔离柱制备 同4
6、有机材料蒸镀真空腔室依次蒸镀各层:空穴注入、传输,发让碰枯光吵凯层,电子注入、传输等层;
7、封装贴干燥片、UV固化;
8、切割
9、老化测试坏点判断、老练等;
10、模组流程 芯片压合、模组测试、(偏光片粘合)、综合测试等。
