一种可能是有人在你的电脑上把易趣的IP屏蔽了
你可以看一看
路径C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
里面有个名为hosts的文件 在上面点右键---打开方式---记事本 如果在下面内容最下面的"127001 Localhost" 的下面有其他内容 删掉再点"文件--保存"就可以了(加加分吧 都是自己弄的 不是抄来的)

你有没有通过跨国认证？
看你的，应该不是ebay账号问题，而是ebay网站没有连接上，有时候ebay会出现这种现象，你是局域网还是宽带（如果是局域网你使用代理服务器是没有关系的，因为不管你是什么代理服务器，你对外的IP是不变的，记住不要用哪种国际ip代理，这种ip就变了，是不可以的，不过ip出现变化也不会马上封号，你只要和香港在线客服说明你ip变了，他就会去核实，马上就会恢复正常，不过有时还要电话确认身份。）如果是宽带你就更不用使用什么代理了。
记住尽量不要自己找麻烦，因为ebay很傻很天真，心情好什么都好说，不好的时候，小问题也成了大问题，尽量不要惹他们。
