英语面试应该注意什么 现在很多平台不错的，逼格够高的企业在甄选入职人员时候，经常会进行英语一对一的面试过程，当然是对英语口语能力的一个直接体现，既然是面试肯定不仅仅是只针对英语水平，而是HR对面试者的一个综合评价的最直观的反应和判断。那么简单归哪一些英语面试过程常见的问题，和一些比较得体的合适的回答方式：

1、 自我介绍首当其冲
HR："Tell Me aboutYourself" is the most popular way for hiring managers to start mostone-on-one job interviews; get this part right and the rest of the interviewwill just naturally fall into place.在一对一面试的是时候，面试官最常问的开场问题就是“做个自我介绍吧”。在面试中，自我介绍做好了，剩下的部分也就能水到渠成了。
2、 询问关于专业技能水平
HR：English and computerskills are comparatively important to this position, especially in the startingperiod. What’s your ability in these two fields?对于我们这个职位,英语和计算机作为 两项基本技能还是比较重要的，特别在 刚刚开始工作的时候。你在这两方面的 能力如何？
I passed College English Test Band 6, withgood skill in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. I haven，t got anycertificate of computer skills, because I don’t think certificatesare necessary if what’s needed is merely operating a computer. I think practically, toknow how to use a computer is more important. And I am quite familiar withMicrosoft Office.

Spend most of your threeminutes on your most recent job and how the expertise you have matches theunderlying needs of the new job.
