pater是什么意思

pater有两个意思，一是“父亲”，二是“佩特（人名）”。虽然pater同father和dad都能表示“父亲”的意思，但使用场合却不一样。father多用于正式称呼或书面中，dad多用于口语中，而pater是英国学生用的俚语。
