First, good healthy eating habbit is very important we should eat three healthy meals every day instead of junk food We'd better eat slowly

Second, we should have good habbits, such as, having enough sleep so don't stay up too late,  drink enough water, don't snoke and so on

Last but not least, it's very important to laugh every day
