Dear everyone

Good evening, everyone!

Throughout my years of being a student, I’ve had many teachers none of them are the same, but the one that i’ll never forget and will always miss is my chinese bilingual teacher in the middle school i attended in seattle, ms ho she was a skinny, but stylish lady in her 50s she was different from all the other teachers because she gave me something unforgettable

Ms ho and i became friends right in the first semester i was in that middle school at the same time, i was having a really hard time with my subjects since i had just transferred from a bilingual school, where i had stayed for two months after arriving in the us, my english was horrible; my average grade was below c i almost thought it impossible to learn english then, one day she told me she strongly believed that i was capable of controlling my life, and i would be just fine she said that she found we were much alike: both were stubborn, kind-hearted and a little bit simple-minded she believed that i had the quality of being wise she even said that she didn’t have any worries about me, about my not learning english with her encouragement, i found the strength within myself and began to desire to work even harder as a result, i soon proved her right, and at the end of the semester, i got a 38 average grade

Today, I still keep in touch with her, and she still tells me how she believes in me sometimes, i’d think back, and wonder how I could handle all those things if it wasn’t for her encouragement and trust could i be the person i am today then, it struck me: what we need has always been trust and love of others; because these things inspire us to do our best, and to live our life to its fullest

To sum up, i’d like to say to all of you: let us all appreciate trust and love of others and achieve our full potential in our life!

My youth , my dream

We all want to believe that we are capable of great feats , of reaching our fullest potential

We Are The World ,We Are The Future

Someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite” I don’t know who wrote these words, but I’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be We are all in the position of the farmers If we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all

We are young “How to spend the youth” It is a meaningful question To answer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth” Youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind It’s not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees It’s the matter of the will It’s the freshness of the deep spring of life

A poet said “To see a world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour Several days ago, I had a chance to listen to a lecture I learnt a lot there I’d like to share it with all of you Let’s show our right palms We can see three lines that show how our lovecareer and life is I have a short line of life What about yours I wondered whether we could see our future in this way Well, let’s make a fist Where is our future Where is our love, career, and life Tell meYeah, it is in our hands It is held in ourselves

一位诗人说“从一粒沙看世界，从一朵花看天堂，把无限放在你的手掌，永恒在一刹那里收藏”。几天前，我有了一个听讲座的机会，从中我学到了很多东西。现在，我想把这些与大家共享。让我们伸出右手，我们可以看到手掌中的展示我们的爱，事业和生活的三条线。我在生活方面这条线很短，那你们的呢我想知道我们是否可以用这种办法去看我们的未来。好的，让我们一起握拳。我们的未来在哪儿我们的爱、事业和生活在哪儿告诉我!是的，它们就在我们的手中。它们被我们自己掌握著。

我们所有人都希望未来能比过去更美好，但是未来能自己变得更好。不要因为结束而哭泣，微笑吧，为你的曾经拥有。从过去来看，生活是艰苦的，但我们是更坚强。我们知道我们不能选择感觉，但是我们能选择和它相关的东西。失败并不意味着你不拥有成功，它只意味着你应该用另一种方式去做这件事。失败并不意味着你应该放弃，只意味着你应该更加努力。

正如我在前面所说的“我们正在读一本无穷的书中的第一章的第一节。”过去的已经过去，无论我们无力改变，但是未来却在我们前方。相信“我们给了世界什么，世界也将给我们”。并且从今天起，让我们一起做我们自己的主人，一起大声说出“世界是我们的，未来是我们的。”

首先很感谢公司给我这次机会参加的竞聘。在新的形式面前，在竞争激烈、挑战与机遇并存的今天。我将以更加积极、向上的态度来严格要求自己。寻找和发现自己的位置。时逢这次难得的竞聘机会，我本着锻炼、提高自己的目的走上讲台，展示自我，接受评判。我没有辉煌的过去，只求把握好现在和将来。

虽然我工作时间不长，管理经验也不足。但我相信，有志者事竟成。“山再高，高不过人，困难再多，办法总比困难多！”在公司领导的带领下，在各位同仁的共同努力下，发挥团队精神，探索新方法，新措施，我们一定会把工作做好。

t in the toaster They take customer's need seriously The people usually order the humbugger, chicken wings ,French fries and a cup of coca cola in the store, even KFC has push their vegetable and fruit product But they don't let it go, they spread the health common senses by the paper on the plate We also can see it from their advertising, they never ask the superstar,like yaoming to do the advertising, they spend the budget on the sport, such as three people basketball, which joined by the child around the store and worker They can enjoy the game and make friends, the most important, they can keep them fit and educate customer to do much practice

We can learn a lot from the operation of the KFC, not mention the big strategy for the worldwide business, but also the detail procedure of daily business We all know that they have clear regulations on how to cook food and keep it in order the make high quality and same product They also have detail regulation on how to clear their hands before they start work and after they go restroom Because of the detail regulation, they win the customer's trust So pay much attention on the detail is another secret to be success

Put our eyes on the excellent, do our best, i think we will become a great company in the future
