1、笔试

2、机试（中小公司很少机试）

3、面谈

面谈是最关键的一步，可以说只要到了这一步，你前面的面试成绩就不会有什么作用了。面谈完全可以决定你去留，哪怕你之前的环节表现不好也没关系。面试官会拿你的简历问你一些你的个人信息以及项目经验，最关键的就是项目上的讲述了，如果忽悠的好，基本上当场就拍板了，但是切记，简历上不要有太多自己不会的，不然一问三不知，之前表现再好，也被刷了
