地图系统：

游戏的地图是以一整块的形式展现在玩家面前的，没有小地图模式。各种赛事标志、车库等都会根据生涯的进行而不断在地图上得到显示。

图中显示了各种地点的标志，从上到下依次为：玩家本人、车手、开放式赛事、红灯赛事、限时赛事、托运比赛、锦标赛、车库(可更换使用赛车、改装车辆、外观等)、具有某种条件限制的赛事、撞击性比赛。

视角系统：

游戏的视角总共分为5种：ACTION CAM(赛车视角，加速时会以侧面镜头的特写形式出现。一般不要采用这种视角，加速时可能会挡住视线)、BUMPER CAM(外景视角)、FAR CAM(远视角)、MEDIUM CAM(中距离视角)、CLOSE CAM(近视角)。

比赛系统：

赛事难度分为三级，即EASY(简单)、NORMAL(普通)和HARD(困难)，在赛事标识中以绿色、**和红色区分。游戏提供的赛事种类一共有五种：

OPEN CITY RACE(开放式赛事)——

游戏中最普遍的比赛方式，一般在城市中进行疯狂的飚车比赛，

RED LIGHT RACING(红灯赛事)——

红灯赛事的赛道普遍较长，从最近的红灯作为起点，途中可能需要驾驶赛车进行飞跃才能到达终点。

TOURNAMENT(锦标赛)——

锦标赛一般是以任务的形式出现，玩家需要连续参加一个锦标中的多场系列赛，最后按照积分的高低排名次。

DELIVERY(托运赛)——

将指定车辆托运到规定的目的地。

TIME TRIAL(限时赛事)——

在规定的时间内完成比赛。

RESTRICTED RACE(具有某种条件限制的赛事)——

比赛中会有限制条件出现，比如强制规定参加比赛的赛车等级等等。

PAYBACK(撞击性比赛)——

在该赛事中，要求玩家 *** 控赛车撞击相应目标，并给予其伤害。

奖励系统：

游戏的奖励系统以数据REP，也就是声望点数来进行衡量的。每提升一级需要得到相应的点数，比如从RANK1提升到RANK2需要获得200个REP。

当点数上升到一定程度后，玩家的称号会发生变化，比如从BACKSEAT(初学者)到STUDENT(实习驾车者);另外也可以解开相应的赛车等级和改装套件。

附：改装程度——注意上图中的TUNE PROGRESS，这个表示赛车被改装的复杂度，当改装到一定程度后(不要求装上所有零件)，复杂度会变为100。

车辆管理系统：

对赛车的管理都集中在车库中。其中，MANAGE VEHICLES(管理赛车)可以任意更换使用赛车、出售赛车、自定义赛车名称等;CUSTOMIZE VEHICLE(自定义赛车)主要对赛车的性能、外观、车纸贴图进行改装和升级;VEHICLES SHOWROOM(赛车商店)可以进入购买新的赛车。

赛车、改装套件等级系统(含解锁流程)：

赛车等级从低到高为D级、C级、B级、A级。

套件等级从LEVEL 1至LEVEL 3。

初始赛车等级：D级

(1)IN-THE-ZONE(该能力赋予玩家子d时间，注意屏幕右下角仪表表盘旁边的灰色小圆环，蓝色能量会自动蓄满，蓄满后按O键发动)，这个能力很有用，可以有效避开车辆的撞击。

(2)ROAR(该能力能够让玩家发动冲击波，使附近的车辆发生震动故障，以此取得领先优势)。能量环需要玩家采用DRIFTING(漂移)来积蓄。

车辆损毁系统：

游戏加入了车辆损毁系统，不过损毁程度不会累计到下一场比赛，只在一场比赛的途中有效。注意上图右下角仪表表盘的外圈，如果受到撞击后，外圈会出现一段红圈，根据撞击的程度不同，红圈长短会有变化。当外圈被红色充满后，车辆会报废，然后会以完好的状态继续比赛，相当于RESET(重置车辆)。

BOOST加速系统。

BOOST加速类似于牵引的效果，只要跟在其他车手身后(保持一定的距离，距离较短)一段时间，注意此时右下角仪表表盘最外围会有一圈颜色的变化(从**变成绿色)，达到绿色状态后按下L键即可发动BOOST加速功能，赛车速度会马上得到显著提升。

当彼永德巴斯蒂杀害第三个人的时候，他做了一个实验。那就是尝试在不破坏内脏的情况下，能否让被害人因内出血致死。具体的做法是，把因为药物失去意识的被害人捆绑起来，让其动d不得，然后在不损伤皮肤的情况下，持续彻底殴打对方的左腕——也就是说，他企图通过左腕的失血过量杀人。可惜，这个实验最终以失败告终了。虽然被害人的左腕因为淤血全部变成紫黑色，但是他并没有因此死亡。被害人只是出现了奇怪的痉挛反应，完全没有生命之忧。虽然他从书本上看到过，人若失去一只手臂分量的血液生命就会停止，但是这似乎并不属实。本身杀人的方法对于彼永德巴斯蒂来说并不是最重要的，这只是余兴，只是一个实验而矣，成功也好失败也罢，对他来说根本无所谓。彼永德巴斯蒂轻轻耸了耸肩，然后抽出了刀子——不。

百年一遇的名侦探L和猎奇杀人狂基拉的对决结果，对看这篇文章的人来说不足为奇。只不过是在断头台上做再做一些巧妙的完善准备罢了，单在结果上给杀人狂附上恐怖政治的这种思想实在是幼稚至极，不过对此的赞同程度，也说明主宰胜负的神或许也不过是幼稚的生物。或许充满告密、冤案的杀戮社会，才是神所希望的吧。也许，神和死神的区别是一段让人消极的插曲，但是我根本不打算去考虑这些事情。

基拉怎样都无所谓。

对我而言重要的始终是L。

L。

看他如此的才华横溢，却那么早就迎来了本不应该面对的死亡。百年一遇的名侦探L。他曾经解决的疑难案件，正式记录过的也有三千五百多起以上，因为他被关押入狱的犯人至少是这数字的三倍。他拥有可以以个人名义自由调动全世界范围内的搜查组织的压倒性权力，他被冠以多种他丝毫不以为意的赞赏头号，尽管如此他却从来不在人前现身，对于这样伟大的人，我希望以正确的形式将他的话语传达给什么人。我希望这些能留给什么人。作为曾被推荐为L继承人的人，即使不能继承他，至少也能做到让他的事迹流传保存下来。

所以，这就是L的传说，也是我的遗书。这是除我之外的其他人，对非世界场所发出的临死讯息……

虽然从实际的可能性来考虑，光说不练的尼亚那个混蛋可能会最先发现这个笔记，不过既是如此，我还是不会立刻毁掉或烧掉这篇文章。让他知道我了解一些他所不了解的L的事，给他一个打击也不错吧。或者，说不定这个笔记会落到杀人狂基拉手上，但这才正是我所希望的。如果这篇文章可以让那个依靠非现实的杀人笔记的能力，在头脑迟钝的死神的帮助下，总是一副得寸进尽模样的杀人狂知道，他本人实在是比L脚下的一粒微尘也不如，若是如此我也会非常满意了。
