过渡我个人认为，一次竞聘不仅是一次展示自我、认识自己的机遇，更是一次相互学习、相互交流的机会。 竞聘结果重不重要重要!是一种鼓励。过程重不重要呢是一种体验。

点题首先请允许我做一个自我介绍，我叫xxx，是来IT服务部，今年33岁，2012年加入我们公司，任1年项目经理，2年二级部门-智能系统服务部经理，今天我要竟聘的岗位是IT服务部的副经理分管智能系统服务部职能。

职位理解我清楚地认识到，要成为一名合格的事业部副经理。(1)要有实干精神，听从公司安排并结核实际，坚决完成预期任务指标;(2)要有优秀的组织管理水平，可以带好团队、管理好项目。(3)在市场销售工作上，要讲究战术策略，又要饿虎扑食、勇挑重担、敢打敢拼。

自身优势我之所以要竞聘这个岗位，是因为我觉得我完全有能力胜任这项工作。因为我认为自己具备以下几个方面的有利条件：

1、在IT服务部的支持和培养下，目前智能系统服务部发展迅速，已是IT服务部的一个重要的二级部门。我全面负责智能系统服务部工作已经2年了，对部门的过去、团队、客户及项目非常熟悉是我的一大优势。同时，在与全体部门同仁的共同努力之下，已经连续2年顺利完成了公司交给的年度任务指标。(值得一提的是在刚刚结束的2015年较2014年业绩翻番的目标完成，并超额完成二级部门任务);团队建设上也从原来的2人发展成为目前的13人(其中包括8名研究生)初步形成了一支年轻有冲劲小团队，2年的成绩对我来说是一种莫大的鼓励，我相信自己能处理好部门自身业务，协助好IT服务部总体工作，处理好与其他部门之间的关系，谋部门大局，促进部门长远发展。

2、本人具有正直的人品、具备年轻人敢打敢拼的工作作风，同时懂感恩，善分享，至诚守信，言出必行，内心坦荡。我认为做为领导，必须先做好人，一直也坚信一句俗话“无能是次品，无德是危险品”

3、我具有饱满的工作热情和持续学习欲望，同时可以自省、自知、自我批评。我会将自己百分之百的热情投入到工作当中去，并不断自我分析复盘，优化工作方法，让部门业绩更上一层楼。

工作设想如果能够得到领导和同志们的信任，在这次竞聘中我能有幸当选的话，我将会从以下三个方面着手工作：

一、强化市场探索、大步扩张规模。

       一直坚信具备了足够的市场规模是发现业务主线的前提，量变才能催生质变。坚持“贸工技”的发展路线，先生存后发展，为部门的快速发展提供d药支撑。深挖老客户老市场，尝试新市场新路径，争取在2年内把智能系统服务部业绩再翻一番。

二、加强部门规范性管理及监督。

       在部门业务快速发展，人员迅猛增加的情况下，有必要规范好管理好各个层面。相信“没有科学的、规范的管理企业就不会有生机活力”。结核部门现状我会进一步完善部门用人招聘、信息分享、项目沟通、绩效考核等规范性方法甚至制度。让部门有效规范化运转，保证年度任务指标的实现。同时适度监督，做到信任员工又了解大局，适时提醒规避风险。

三、加强部门文化及培训建设。

       智能系统服务部平均年龄普遍人员年龄偏低，工作经验最长3年人均081年，不足1年。需要对工作职业性和意识上多多培训，形成健康积极的工作作风，使每个员工都做到纪律严明，积极上劲，使部门成为一个更加团结有战斗力的一个集体。

我的表态说了这么多，我连升是一个有追求有梦想、渴望成功、勇敢、执着、乐观的80后，但从能力和社会阅历上必须要承认自己还存在很多不足，需要不断学习完善。但同时我也相信有在座的各位领导、各位同事的帮助、支持和配合，我有信心、有能力出色地做好这项工作，当好一名称职的部门副经理。
