2月12日召开的国务院联防联控机制发布会上，教育部高校学生司司长王辉表示，在疫情没有得到有效缓解之前，为防止大规模的人员聚集，暂停教育系统举办的各类高校毕业生现场招聘活动。在此情况下教育部将大力推进网上就业服务，推动各地各高校开展网上面试、网上签约以及网上办理就业手续。

2 开辟招聘工作新思路

截止目前，已有华东理工大学，武汉理工大学，西安邮电大学，哈尔滨工业大学(威海)等高校宣布暂停线下校园招聘活动，开展在线招聘，帮助学生求职就业。新模式的推出，一改传统模式对场地和人力的依赖，开辟招聘工作新天地。据悉，还有更多高校正在研究和评估线上招聘的使用和影响，随着时间的推移，预计会有更多高校使用这一招聘方式。

3 工作效率呈现由低到高渐进趋势

据教育部数据显示，2020年，我国大学毕业生人数预计将达到874万人，比2019年增加40万人，2020年将成史上最难毕业季。毕业人数多，疫情影响，企业缩编，对求职者来说已是不利，压力巨大；若国考面试，研究生复试和省考再出现时间撞车，那才是雪上加霜，欲哭无泪。

2 有效化解学生求职焦虑

错过秋招，本想在春招中大展宏图，没想到开学延期，线下招聘暂停，这让求职中的大学毕业生心生绝望。父母的期望，自我的理想，压力之下，焦虑重重。在线招聘的出现，让大学生及时获取招聘信息，在线投递简历，在线考试与面试，解决求职难题，化解求职焦虑。

3 对招聘效果心存疑虑

网上就业服务将倒逼招聘公司转型，由销售型公司向互联网公司转变，加强技术开发力量，优化招聘流程，改善客户体验，给招聘行业带来深刻而长远的影响，开创“互联网+”人才招聘新格局。估计新一轮研发人才的抢人大战很快就会上演。

此次春招是练兵，部分客户会在秋招时继续使用线上招聘，逐步替代线下招聘，在教育部，省级教育部门、高校和社会招聘公司共同推动下，预计3-5年内，线上招聘将成为校园招聘主流模式。

2 影响高校就业办工作重点

企业进校宣讲，场地排期调控，多方联系企业，组织招聘会等工作对高校来说工作量大，难度大，效果不理想，耗费大量的人力物力。未来若能全部实现线上招聘，就能解放就业办人员的生产力，使其从繁杂的事务工作中解脱出来，改变工作重心，提升就业工作质量。

3 社会招聘网站迎来发展新机遇

国务院联防联控机制发布会上，教育部高校学生司司长王辉表示，教育部将大力推进网上就业服务，教育部就业平台将紧密联系省级就业平台、高校就业网和社会招聘网站，组建就业大市场，共享岗位信息，共同开展网上就业服务。即在未来的就业大市场中，社会招聘网站将是重要一环。岗位信息共享就得有信息共享平台，招聘行业中的龙头企业智联招聘，前程无忧将充分发挥头部效应，迎来发展重大机遇，强者恒强的 “马太效应” 愈发明显。
