商品化抗体一般都是生物素标记的

在做western blot或免疫组化时我们常使用一抗二抗来放大、显示抗原,用酶或荧光标记二抗生物素化的抗体,是在抗体上连接生物素(biotin),生物素能和亲和素(avitin)特异性高亲和性结合,亲和力是抗原抗体结合的一万倍,而且一个avitin可以结合四个biotin,这样又起到级联放大的作用所以能更加灵敏的显示微量抗原这种方法也叫亲和免疫组化

HIV的窗口期普遍认为是6周 你在13天后的检查结果有一定的意义但不能完全排除 次月中旬(我可以理解为15号左右吗)手术前的检查具有较大意义 你基本是安全的 但我仍然建议你 再手术恢复后去做下检查 为了让自己心安 具体手术对你的窗口期是否有影响需要看手术对身体的影响 如果只是很小的手术 不会影响窗口期 11月中旬的检查应该可以确定90%以上没事儿 所以别担心拉 祝您健康!

Phospho-p38 MAPK (Thr180/Tyr182) (D3F9) XP® Rabbit mAb兔单抗能够检测内源性Thr180和Tyr182位点磷酸化的p38 MAPK激酶水平。该抗体不能与p42/44 MAPK和SAPK/JNK的磷酸化形式发生交叉反应。

Source / Purification

Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Thr180/Tyr182 of human p38 MAPK

Background

 SB203580 (4-(4-fluorophenyl)-2-(4-methylsulfinylphenyl)-5-(4-pyridyl)-imidazole) is a selective inhibitor of p38 MAPK This compound inhibits the activation of MAPKAPK-2 by p38 MAPK and subsequent phosphorylation of HSP27 (9) SB203580 inhibits p38 MAPK catalytic activity by binding to the ATP binding pocket, but does not inhibit phosphorylation of p38 MAPK by upstream kinases (10)
