在一定程度上,我是这么认为的:如果你的软件在单机使用,和其他电脑没关系,则用ACCESS。如果数据量很小,那,XML也可以够用。如果你的软件在网络上使用,比如企业的一个小型管理系统,则用SQLSERVER这类网络数据库来支持。
至于绿色:无非是不用安装。VB.net写的软件,把引用的DLL复制到程序所在的文件夹就可以运行。当然.net必须装。
