Netbeans 是多语言版的，里面自带多种语言，如果想使用英文的话可以改NetBeans的启动参数，

用记事本打开Netbeans安装目录etc文件夹下的netbeans.conf，找到netbeans_default_options这一行，在选项里增加上

-J-Duser.language=en -J-Duser.country=US

，语言就是英文了。
