1、首先打开我们需要加密的WORD文档。敬掘

2、点击word文档的“office按钮”，然后点击“另存为”。

3、在d出的对话框中点击“工具”—孙稿早“常规选项”。

4、在d出的常规选项对话框中出现了：打开文件时的密码，填入打开文件所需要的密码；修改文件时的密码，填入修改文件所需要的密码（如果修改输入密码错误，则雀word文件将是只读文件不能修改）。

5、输完密码后点击“确定”按钮。

6、然后会d出确认“打开文件密码”和“修改文件密码”的对话框只需把刚才输入的密码重新确认输入即可。

7、点完修改文件密码对话框的“确认”按钮后，点击“保存”即可完成WORD文档的加密工作。
