one to x 如 5:59是one to six
▲X点y分
x y 如6:20分是six twenty
or( 60-y) to (x+1) 要超过30分以后才可以用这种如5:50分是ten to six，也可以说成five fifty
or y past x要没超过30分才可以用这种如5:20分是five twenty或者twenty past five
▲X点三刻
a quarter to x+1 或者 x forty-five如4点3刻：a quarter to five 或者four forty-five
▲X点半
half past x or x 30 如5:30是half past five或者five thirty

如果是12小时制的话，是要分上午下午的，2:00am，3:30am（上午）2:00pm，3:30pm（下午），读的话就直接读two am，half past three am或者three thirty am，two pm，half past three pm或者three thirty pm。
如果是24小时制，则不需要加后面的am和pm了。直接读two oclock，half past three或者three thirty。
整点有时候加上sharp。比如2:00，念作sharp two或者two oclock sharp。
