redhat自9.0以后,分为两个版本,一个版为付费的redhat版,属于企业版,较为稳定另一个为fedora版,属于免费的社区版,不太稳定.

你只能下载fedora版,可以在fedora.redhat.com下载,另外redhat企业版只能下载源代码,需要自己编译如果需要redhat企业版的稳定性,就下载centos,它是根据redhat的源代码由第三方编译的.

red hat 9.0后，Red Hat公司正式停止对red hat 9.0版本的支持，标志着Red Hat Linux的正式完结。原本的桌面版Red Hat Linux发行包则与来自民间的Fedora计划合并，成为Fedora Core发行版本，而Fedora发行版现已更新到Fedora 17。Red Hat公司不再开发桌面版的Linux发行包，而将全部力量集中在服务器版的开发上，也就是Red Hat Enterprise Linux版，而RHEL是要收费的。一句话，red hat 9.0以后曾经的red hat就分化为Fedora和RHEL两个版本，如果你非要下载最新版的，我建议你下载Fedora 17.
