解决办法：

@EnableFeignClients(basePackages={"com.***.***"})
@SpringBootApplication(scanbasePackages={"com.***.***"})
@EnableDiscoveryClient
@MapperScan("com.***.***.mapper")

以上Feign注入的错误是注解在Application上的这个句：
@EnableFeignClients(basePackages={"com.***.***"})

同时需要确认Feign的客户端类上是否标注：

@Service
