电脑蓝屏原因：
1、虚拟内存不足造成系统多任务运算错误。
2、CPU超频导致运算错误。
3、内存条的互不兼容或损坏引起运算错误。
4、光驱在读盘时被非正常打开所至。
5、遭到不明的程序或病毒攻击，可用腾讯电脑管家查杀。

BtS的正确安装顺序？
A：首先获得游戏光盘或光盘的镜像文件，原版Civ4光盘容量131G，Warlords光盘容量752M，BtS光盘容量118G（或是三合一完全版光盘容量236G），压缩硬盘版会缺少内容且难以升级（虽然按下文所述的方法是可以正确升级的，但你需要一定的电脑知识和DIY精神，因为具体 *** 作虚拟人无法帮你……也请不要开新帖询问“如何获得游戏盘”以及“如何安装硬盘版”）。
安装之前确认当前登录用户为系统管理员，而且其名称不能用中文（即“我的文档”路径中不能出现中文，否则无法正常读取存档，无法正常保存选项设置。也可以右击“我的文档”->属性->移动，设置目标为一个不包括中文的路径解决此问题）
1、安装原版Civ4，选择自定义安装以便自行指定安装文件夹，注意安装路径也不能有中文
2、安装Warlords（非必要步骤但建议安装，BtS虽包含Warlords标准游戏但不包含Warlords剧情），Warlords将安装于Civ4安装目录下Warlords文件夹
3、安装BtS（BtS安装程序将把原版Civ4/Warlords升级至174/213），BtS将安装于Civ4安装目录下Beyond the Sword文件夹
4、安装BtS最新升级包（目前为319版）
最后按顺序安装原版Civ4汉化包、Warlords汉化包和BtS汉化包（请注意确认安装目录：如未安装Warlords，则Warlords汉化包不能自动找到Warlords安装目录，需要手工指定Civ4安装目录下Warlords文件夹），启动游戏并在选项界面中切换到中文即可。（注意三个汉化包都要装，顺序不能颠倒！否则界面变白板）。如不装汉化包则需要打后文所述补丁或修改设置解决中文系统下存在的问题。
（注意安装BtS汉化包后，Warlords文件夹将自动改名为Warlords(J)文件夹，这会使原有的Warlords桌面快捷方式失效，想要方便运行Warlords可重新添加一个桌面快捷方式，卸载后文件夹名会自动改回。）
此外：某些常驻系统的程序如杀毒和防火墙软件可能会阻挡BtS的正常运行，请注意这些程序的设置选项。
