所以我推荐你先来pasv啊,pasv不用自己监听端口……

tcp和udp,前者是全相关后者是半相关这个有听说过吧?全相关就是 本地ip本地端口加远程ip远程端口,半相关就是本地ip本地端口没有远程ip远程端口。
tcp是全相关的,所以在你bind之后,是只有本地ip本地端口的,无法传输数据。此时在上面调用listen启用监听,然后accept函数会返回一个新的socket:这个socket因为是远程连过来的,所以有了远程的ip和远程的端口,就可以传数据了(注:调用accept那个socket就可以先关掉了)。
tcp涉及到监听的话就至少有两个socket,一个负责监听,监听之后接受连接。所以在port之前,你要先开一个socket,绑定好ip和端口,然后知道你绑定的是什么端口,然后把你的ip和端口用port发给服务器,比如你ip是19216812端口是12345,那么就
PORT 192,168,1,2,48,57
其中 48 256 + 57 = 12345
之后retr的时候,服务器就会往你给出的这个ip和端口上连接,连上了发数据给你。连不上就425。

pasv更容易一些,pasv之后服务器会给你一个ip和端口,然后你retr发出去之后就创建一个socket区连它给你的ip和端口就可以了,连接的方向正好和PORT的情况相反。端口也是这样的格式,先是ip,然后端口的高8位,然后端口的低8位。

权限没设对,第一个检查ftp建立时候配置文件给的权限对不对,然后检查是不是linux防火墙设置的问题,第三个看linux中selinux的设置。
