主要是针对家电下乡的,就是要在送货及时、服务周到,要在终端把对手甩到后面去。

而这个目标或者战略靠的是:客户即需即供的零库存和按单生产。

以上是白电产品的市场战略,而对于黑电和工程产品则为:网络营销(网单)战略和精品工程战略。
