可能是机械问题和系统问题,可以用百分表测量机械的间隙,和重复定位的精度。建议最好找专业的人看一下。

对X轴时,在刀尖碰到工件时再切一点然后移动Z轴,使得刀多切一点工件,然后平移Z轴往+Z方向移动(远离工件)这时测出工件的直径值,输入到刀补测量页面中刀所对应到刀补值中,最好多输入几次,防止没输入进去。对Z轴时,理论上刀尖碰到工件右端面就好了,直接在刀补测量页面中刀所对应到刀补值中输入0就好了,多输几次。但是最好了,把整个右端面稍微车掉一点,右端面车掉时,移动+x(远离工件)输入测量值0。
