百度阿里腾讯的工资到底有多高?看完被吓到了。
作为中国互联网界的传奇和标杆企业,BAT三家公司的一举一动时刻受互联网人的密切关注。在微软、IBM等知名外企的光环逐渐在国内互联网人心中失去吸引力的今天,进入BAT成为大厂的一员成了许多互联网人职业生涯追逐的目标之一。
重学历、高薪资、大厂光环、好跳槽外人给BAT贴的这些“标签”,是否真实?那些在BAT工作的人,现状如何?那些想要或已经离开的人,又流向了何方?
带着这些疑问,记者在年底即将到来的跳槽小高峰,为大家整理了一份BAT人才流动报告。
本文样本:2015年1月1日~2017年10月31日,在100offer平台进行简历展示的1114名BAT互联网人和22623名非BAT互联网人。
一、BAT重视学历吗
BAT对外社招的招聘JD里通常都会对学历进行严格限制,普通岗位要求本科以上学历,部分岗位甚至要求硕士以上学历,且毕业于985、211高等院校,这使得许多低学历的互联网人对BAT望而却步。
“有的大厂简历根本无法走社招渠道,第一关就会被刷掉。只能找朋友内推才有点希望。”一位专科毕业,曾在100offer平台寻找机会的iOS工程师告诉我们。他曾经通过内推面试某公司时,顺利通过了前面几轮技术面试,最终却在HR那一关因为学历原因被刷了下来。
“但其实我的技术水平完全可以胜任那个岗位,我在BAT工作的朋友遇到技术上解决不了的问题时,也经常找我帮忙。”那名工程师说。
下图是我们平台上,BAT程序员的学历构成。从中可以看出,本科学历的员工是BAT的主力军,其次是硕士学历,专科学历虽然只有5%的占比,但仍有生存空间。
那么,BAT三家公司中,哪家更重视高学历?哪家又对专科生的接受度更高呢?
从上图基本可以得到答案:今年将重心压在人工智能领域的百度,博士生的占比在三家公司中最高。由于地处高端学府的聚集之地北京,周边的高校也为其源源不断地提供了优质博士生资源。相比之下,地处深圳的腾讯,由于其周边高校资源的匮乏,博士生的数量难免在三家中垫底。
巧合的是,对专科生的接受度方面,同样是百度最高,腾讯垫底。
总的来说,BAT对学历的要求比其他互联网公司更加严格。这一点不仅体现于专科生学历的占比上,更体现在硕士以上学历的占比上。
上图可以看出,100offer平台上非BAT公司的硕士以上学历占比(其中博士占比04%),远低于BAT的硕士以上学历占比;而非BAT公司专科学历的占比数15%又远大于BAT中的5%。
薪资方面,BAT给不同学历互联网人开出的薪资同样远高于非BAT互联网企业。
其中,BAT的博士年薪与非BAT的博士年薪差距最大,可达10万。而硕士学历的互联网人无论是否在BAT,年薪都基本保持持平。
可见大厂除了资源、人脉和光环外,普遍高于市场平均价的薪资水平,大概也是诸多互联网人趋之若鹜的原因之一。
那么,BAT互联网人的薪资究竟有多高?接下来,我们将从薪资方面为大家展开。
二、BAT的薪资有多高?
下图是我们平台上,BAT互联网人与非BAT互联网人的跳槽前薪资对比,我们按照工作三年的时间线做了一个划分。
可以看出,无论工作几年,BAT互联网人的薪资水平普遍高于非BAT互联网人,且工作越久两者在薪资上的差距越明显。
前阵子,知乎上有一个热议问题:“在BAT一线互联网公司呆了三年以上的程序员,有怎样的未来?”从我们此次统计的薪资数据看,有着3年+工作经验的BAT人,年薪均值应该已经在357万左右,普遍高出非BAT互联网人年薪的21%,分别对应腾讯T31、百度T5~T6、阿里P6~P7之间的职位(参考等级均为技术岗)。
那么,BAT不同岗位的薪资情况又如何?在此也可以拿100offer平台上的数据做一个参考。
可以看出,在BAT中,薪资最高的三个职位分别是:架构师、算法工程师和产品经理,三者都是在工作资历方面门槛较高,且市场需求度较高的职位。
相反,市场需求量大,但基础岗位也偏多的Java工程师和前端工程师,在BAT中的薪资表现就比较一般了。
看完BAT人的高薪,你可能会疑惑:BAT人的薪资这么高,跳槽的时候受欢迎吗?哪些公司养得起他们?他们又喜欢去哪些公司?
三、BAT的员工跳槽受欢迎吗?
毋庸置疑,BAT人跳槽自带大厂光环。无论资金充足的上市公司还是开源节流的创业公司,都在争抢从BAT出来的互联网人。
上图可以印证这一观点:BAT人在100offer平台的人均面试邀请数(9封)大于非BAT互联网人的人均面邀数(7封)。其中,我们平台2015年收到94封面试邀请的面邀王徐风(化名),就是一名百度背景的前端工程师。

他不仅收到了腾讯、阿里的面邀,还收到了其他大公司如网易、美团、360、58、今日头条等面邀,当然更多面邀来自一些求贤若渴的创业公司。
而从百度离职的互联网人,由于地处北京的缘故,也是我们平台BAT互联网人中收到面试邀请数最多的。
但本身不缺工作机会的徐风,只接受了平台上几家大公司的面试邀请,虽然部分创业公司开出的薪资已经远高于大厂。
这就引出了另一个话题:BAT的互联网人,跳槽去哪儿?
四、BAT的员工跳槽去哪儿?
每年的3月和5月是BAT人的跳槽高峰,这个时间点也刚好与年后招聘市场的跳槽高峰相吻合。
由于部分BAT年终奖会在4月发放,所以领完年终奖的5月再次迎来一个跳槽高峰。5月后一直到年前,BAT人的跳槽人数一直相对比较稳定。
这些跳槽的BAT人,都去了哪些公司呢?从他们最终入职的公司规模看,一半以上的BAT人,仍然会选择D轮以上的大企业,这其中上市企业占据了34%。
很多在原公司升职无望的员工,如果能在另一家企业升职,往往会选择在BAT三家之间互跳。
“一般跳去AT的百度人,都是在百度遇到了升级瓶颈,去了AT能升级的。但这种人毕竟少,因为在百度升不了,去AT其实也一样难升,还不如在百度继续待着。所以我看到的百度人,跳槽更多会去滴滴、美团这种公司。”一位曾经通过我们入职百度,现在仍在百度工作的候选人告诉100offer。
由于BAT三家公司总部分别在北京、杭州和深圳,所以他们的员工跳槽时的流向也受地域限制。
比如地处北京的百度互联网人,跳槽时可选择的D轮以上大企业就很多;而杭州的阿里人则很喜欢跳往同在杭州的大厂网易;如果去创业公司,也会选择同样做电商领域的明星互联网企业;
腾讯的员工,喜欢去年轻化的泛娱乐互联网公司,比如爱奇艺。也有很大一部分流向了刚获阿里15亿元投资的AI独角兽企业商汤科技。
至于为什么BAT人不喜欢去小公司,前面提到的百度候选人是这样说的:
“我以前也接触过一些小公司,感觉他们的技术不太成熟,我如果去了需要处理一些level很低的事情,不是很喜欢。”
已经习惯大厂生活的他认为,大公司有更完备的技术体系,能够给他的技术带来更多成长。另外就是,大厂开的薪资也更高。如果跳槽去小公司,除非薪资double,否则对他而言吸引力很小。
总结
BAT作为中国互联网界的三大“常青藤”企业,是不少互联网人的向往之地。通过这个报告,我们也多少可以感受到,外界所言的BAT人背景好、薪资高、有光环、好跳槽是不争的事实。
但从那些离开BAT的员工来看,大厂的重复性工作导致成长受限,复杂人情关系带来的浮躁情绪,和大企业繁琐业务流程拖慢项目进度等弊病同样存在。
因此BAT每年的人才流动量,仍是一个庞大的数字。就像围城效应般,里面的人想出来,外面的人想进去。但BAT究竟适不适合你,只有真正进去体验过的人,才知道答案。
