生平介绍：布莱恩·德·帕尔玛(Brian De Palma)，1940年9月11日出生于新泽西州，父亲是一名外科医生。在学校学习物理专业，业余时间积极投身电影事业，制作了几个电影短片。以独立制片人的身份完成了7部影片的制作后，靠着影片《姐妹》(Sisters)取得事业上的第一次成功。他在电影作品中的偷窥风格使他名声渐起。
帕尔玛对事业的追求似乎永远也不知道疲倦，他和剧作家保罗·施埃德、约翰·法里斯和奥利弗·斯通合作，制作了几部电影大片。此外，他还拍摄了由斯蒂芬·金小说改编而成的电影《魔女嘉丽》(Carrie)。帕尔玛还导演拍摄了由电视连续剧改编的《铁面无私》(The Untouchables)一片，成为他的另外一部重要作品
