硅的电导率为什么会受温度影响

首先要明白硅是半导体，这点跟金属的性质是不同的。

半导体的导电主要依赖载流子，也就是电子（electrons) 和空穴 (holes)。相反，在金属中，电子不受束缚，可以自由流动，金属的导电主要依赖自由电子。

从能带理论中，半导体存在价带和导带。电子最初是被束缚在价带的共价键中，在绝对零度下，电子是不能运动的。随着温度升高，共价键逐渐断裂，电子脱离束缚，跃迁到导带中，相应地在原来的位置形成一个空位（holes)，载流子浓度因此升高。

其中pµh+nµe 是半导体的电导率，E是电场。n和p分别是电子和空穴的浓度，v是迁移速度，µ是迁移率。
