st意法半导体 ST 如何翻译

意法半导体（ST）集团于1987年6月成立，是由意大利的SGS微电子公司和法国Thomson半导体公司合并而成。1998年5月，SGS-THOMSON Microelectronics将公司名称改为意法半导体有限公司。

这里的ST == SGS-THOMSON 的缩写：

S== 意大利的SGS微电子公司

T== 法国Thomson半导体公司

ST：第一的后缀——first——1st

ND：第二的后缀——second——2nd

RD：第三的后缀——third——3rd

TH：11、12、13以及其他尾数不带1、2、3的数字，基本后缀都是th，比如第十二twelfth，第三十thirtieth
