pip3 install open3d安装的是大概0.11.0版本，0.7.0.0之前叫open3d-python.

pip升级到pip3,可以使用软连接,原版本不要删除
pip3 会遇到No matching distribution found for open3d0.14.1
改为
pip install open3d0.14.1 -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple --trusted-host pypi.douban.com
