CMake版本的问题。
由https://blog.csdn.net/zhizhengguan/article/details/118380965推测，删除cmake_policy也没事。
make成功了。
用的gcc-arm-none-eabi-9-2020-q2-update。这是PX4建议的版本，ubuntu.sh里写的。
