Name [jdbc/TestDB] is not bound in this Context. Unable to find [jdbc]. 解决方法

新学的菜鸡因为这个问题卡住了两天，记录一下原因。

因为我只是在eclipse上运行，所以理论上我只需要配置context.xml即可。我也配置了，但依然报错，原因是啥呢？特别傻逼，是因为我修改了本地TOMCATconfcontext.xml，但是eclipse里的context.xml并没有这个配置。这里不清楚原因，可能是因为刷新问题，还是因为原本就应该是配置在这里的，反正配置上就可以正常运行了。。。
