file.txt在bat中，某些特殊字符需要输出时可以使用^符号进行转义。
般动态的HTML是通过支持CGI即通用网关接口的语言生成的。例如PHPASPPYTHONRUBY等。当然前段的JS也可以通过DOM生成动态HTML所谓HTML实际上是一种标记语言。而后端脚本语言通常可以控制。
