工作职责要求：
工作职责
为所负责的地区或行业指定销售计划，完成公司规定的企业产品（服务器和存储器）季度销售指标。
与内部销售代表密切配合，建立并维护长期的良好的客户关系。
通过电话和电子邮件为客户提供产品、技术解决方案，和销售咨询。
跟踪客户项目，赢得客户定单。
职位要求:
大学本科学历或以上，4年IT领域的相关工作经验。
2年以上销售或售前客户联系经验。
较强的英文阅读能力，和一定的会话能力。
能够在充满压力的环境中工作、快速学习并完成季度指标。
丰富的服务器和存储器知识（包括光纤磁盘柜、交换机、SAN、NAS和集群系统）。
具备一定的网络基础知识。通过MCSE论证优先。
Major Responsibilities:
· Provide a strong pre-sale technical support which focus on enterprise business solution to the end-users
· Provide technical info and knowledge support to both the inside sales & end users
· Perform a technical presentation upon request
· Focus on company enterprise product mix to capture the right server market segment
· Conduct an enterprise product training as scheduled
· Deliver the best customer experience over the phone
Requirement
· University Graduate in CS or IT
· Experience in enterprise solutions, database & internet application, familiar with multi OS; MCSE is preferred, MS Server, Netware, Linux, hand-on experience
· Good presentation skill, proficient in English and Cantonese
· 12 months sales experience preferred
