邯钢新钢轧简介

预计2010年12月底投产两条：线材和棒材，2011年6月投产型材。

线、棒、型材生产线包括一条高速线材生产线、一条棒材生产线和一条型钢生产线，总生产能力达到288万吨。

The production lines of wires ，bars and sections include the high-speed wire production line 、the bars production line,and the sections production line. The total actual annual productivity is 2,880,000 tons.

1.1高速线材生产线

1.1.1高速线材生产线介绍

线材生产线全线共设置30架轧机。 1#～16#轧机为短应力线轧机，引进Pomini机型；17#～30#轧机为45°顶交无扭轧机，其中27#～30#为减定径轧机，引进Morgan机型。

高速线材生产线设计生产能力为70万t/a年，主要生产F5.0～F22mm普碳钢、优质碳素结构钢、冷镦钢及焊条钢、d簧钢等。

There are 30 rolling mills in the wire rod line.the 1# to 16# rolling mills are short stressing red-ring stand, these stands are imported from Pomini.17# to 30# rolling mills are 45° VEE NO TWIST? MILL, of which 27#～30# are RSM stands，these stands are imported from Morgan.

The high-speed wire rod line annual productivity is 700 000tons, The mainly products is F5.0～F22mm plain carbon steel, Quality carbon structure steel, cold heading (CHQ) steel and welding wire steel，spring steel etc.

1.2棒材生产线

1.2.1棒材生产线介绍

棒材生产线全线共设置23架轧机，1#～20#轧机为短应力线轧机，其中16#、18#和20# 轧机为平立可转换轧机21#～23#轧机为减定径轧机，全部引进Pomini机型。

棒材生产线设计生产能力为80万t/a，主要生产Φ16～90mm的机械用优特品种钢棒材，兼顾生产Φ12～40mm的建筑用钢（如 HRB400、HRB500 等） ，钢种主要有建筑用钢、优碳钢、合金结构钢、d簧钢、轴承钢、冷镦钢等。

There are 23 rolling mills in the bar line,the 1# to 20# rolling mills are short stressing red-ring stand, of which 16#、18# and 20# are rotate stands21# to 23# rilling mills are reducing-sizing stand, all the stands are imported from Pomini.

The bar line annual productivity is 800 000tons. The mainly products is Φ16～90mm mechanical quality bar，and bars for buildings（e.g. HRB400、HRB500 etc.）. Steel grades include bars for buildings、Quality carbon steel、Alloy structure steel、spring steel、bearing 、cold heading (CHQ) steel etc.

1.3型钢生产线

1.3.1型钢生产线介绍

型钢生产线有两座加热炉，有效尺寸为11×34米，开坯机两架，最大轧制力8000KN，万能轧机布置为3+1，最大轧制力6000KN，41×105米复合式冷床一座，平立复合矫直机一套，后部分为型钢精整区和重轨精整区。主体设备为SMS供货。

型钢生产线设计能力为138万吨/年，主要产品为：铁路用热轧钢轨、起重机钢轨、H型钢、球扁钢、L型钢、钢板桩、工槽角等。

Section production line have two reheating furnaces, and their effective dimension is 11×34mtwo BD mill, whose maximum rolling force is 8000KN；the arrangement of the universal mills is 3+1, and their maximum rolling force are 6000KNa cooling bed of combined type is 41×105m and a set of Horizontal and Vertical roller straightening machine. At the end of this production line is final finishing of section and rail. And the main equipment will provide by SMS.

Section production line production capacity will be 1.380.000 t per annual， mainly products as follow： rail for railway and lifting machine，H-beam，bulb flat，L-section，sheet pile，I-beam，channel，equal angle and so on.
