怎样让电扇吹凉风

再电风扇前面加装一个汽车冷却水箱（或者在风扇面罩上盘上铜制冷却管），两端链接水管，放在水桶里，其中水管的一段加装静音水泵（就是与鱼缸里用的那种）水桶里放冰块，制冷效果不比空调差。
