태평소와 관현악/Taepyeongso Performance with Orchestra

이 곡은 원래 태평소 혼자 연주하였으나, 피리, 대금, 해금, 가야금, 거문고, 아쟁, 장구, 꽹과리, 징 등의 악기를 사용하여 웅장하고 색다른 느낌을 주는 관현악 곡이다. 곡 합주 중간에 악기별 독주를 통해 음색과 특성을 잘 표현한다.

Originally, this music was played by taepyeongso alone. But now, it has become an orchestral music played together with various instruments such as piri, daegeum, haegeum, gayageum, geomungo, ajaeng, jang-gu, ggoeng-gari, jing, etc., impressing solemn and uncommon feeling. Each instrument plays solo during the concert, expressing its timbre and property.

판소리/Pasori

전해 내려오는 장편의 이야기를 창작 한 사람이 고수의 북 장단에 맞추어 일인 다역을 맡은 오페라 형태의 극이다. 특히 판소리는 “인류 구전 및 무형유산 걸작”으로 선정되어 독특한 예술성을 인정받고 있으며, 국가지정 중요무형문화재 5호로 지정되었다.

It is a drama in the form of opera, in which one actor sings a long traditional story by playing a multiple role to the rhythm of jang-go. Especially, pansori has been selected as a "Great Traditional Oral and Intangible Heritage", its artistic value being recognized globally. It is also designated as the National Important Intangible Cultural Heritage No. 5.

부채춤/Buchae-chum(Fan Dance)

의식무의 영향을 받아 발전한 춤이다. 한복이나 당의(唐衣)를 입고 머리에 화관을 쓰고, 꽃그림과 깃털로 장식된 부채를 들고 춤을 춘다. 군무로서 아름답고 신명나는 춤사위를 보인다

It is a dance influenced by ceremonial dance. Dances dance wearing Korean costume or Dang-eui, putting on hwagwan(woman´s ceremonial coronet) on their heads, and holding fans decorated with floral pictures and feathers in their hands. As a group dance, it shows beautiful and exciting dance gestures.

사물놀이(삼도설장구)/Samul-nori(Samdo-seoljanggo)

북, 장구, 징, 꽹과리의 타악기로 연주하는 음악과 놀이를 말한다. 농악을 앉아서 연주해 음악성을 감상할 수 있는 삼도풍물과 설장구, 놀이성이 강한 판굿, 비나리 등을 연주한다. 하늘을 상징하는 꽹고리와 징, 땅을 상징하는 장구와 북으로 구성되어 천지인의 조화로 사람의 마음을 울린다.

It is a music or play performed by percussion instruments such as buk, jang-gu, jing, and ggoeng-gari. They perform samdo-pungmul and seoljang-go which are played sitting on the ground so that we may appreciate their musicality, and pangut and binari which carry feature of play. It deeply moves human hearts with a harmony of heaven, earth, and man, composed of ggoeng-gari and jing symbolizing heaven, and jang-gu and buk symbolizing earth.

사랑가춤/Sarang-ga Dance

판소리 춘향가에 나오는 춘향과 이도령의 사랑의 장면을 무대화한 춤이다.

It is a duet dance of Chunhyang and Yidoryeong appearing in Chunyang-ga, one of the pansori titles, made to fit for stage.

봉산탈춤/Bongsan Talchum(Mask Dance)

중요무형문화재 17호로 지정된 해서지역의 탈춤이다. 굴곡이 뚜렷한 귀면형의 탈과 대륙풍의 활달한 춤사위가 특징이다. 노래, 연기, 춤이 함께 어우러진 종합 연희극이다. 전체 7과장 중에서 취발이와 노장의 멋진 춤사위를 보여준다.

It is a mask dance of Haeseo region designated as the Important Intangible Cultural Property No. 17. It is characterized by the masks with spirits with strong silhouette, and magnanimous dance gestures with continental air. At the same time, it is an integrated performance dance consisted of sings, acts, and dances altogether. This time, they will show us wonderful dance gestures of Chuibari and Nojang out of total 7 acts.

가야금 독주/Gayageum Solo

산조란 가야금, 거문고, 피리, 대금, 아쟁 등의 악기를 독주 형태로 연주하는 대표적인 민속 음악을 말한다. 주로 남도의 시나위 가락을 일정한 장단의 틀에 맞추어 연주하는데, 느린 장단에서 시작해 점차 빠른 장단으로 몰아가며 연주한다.

Sanjo is a representative folk music played by gayageum, geomungo, piri, daegeum, or ajaeng, in the form of solo. It is usually played fitting shinawi tune of Southern region to some standardized frames of rhythm. Beginning with slow rhythm, it gradually drives to fast rhythm.

삼고무/Samgo-mu(Dance with Three Drums) and Modeum-buk

삼고무는 3개의 북은 ㄷ자형으로 북을 높고 변죽과 북 복판을 번갈아 가며 치면서 추는 춤이다. 다양한 북의 리듬과 흥겨운 춤동작이 일품이다.

Samgo-mu is a dance beating edge and face of drums in turn, setting 3 drums in ? typet drum frame. Diversified rhythms and exciting gestures are special among others.
