介绍

jstack用于生成java虚拟机当前时刻的线程快照。线程快照是当前java虚拟机内每一条线程正在执行的方法堆栈的集合,生成线程快照的主要目的是定位线程出现长时间停顿的原因,如线程间死锁、死循环、请求外部资源导致的长时间等待等。
线程出现停顿的时候通过jstack来查看各个线程的调用堆栈,就可以知道没有响应的线程到底在后台做什么事情,或者等待什么资源。

命令格式

Usage:
    jstack [-l] 
        (to connect to running process)
    jstack -F [-m] [-l] 
        (to connect to a hung process)
    jstack [-m] [-l]  
        (to connect to a core file)
    jstack [-m] [-l] [server_id@]
        (to connect to a remote debug server)

Options:
    -F  to force a thread dump. Use when jstack  does not respond (process is hung)
    -m  to print both java and native frames (mixed mode)
    -l  long listing. Prints additional information about locks
    -h or -help to print this help message

-l参数

如果使用-l参数,除了方法栈帧以外,jstack命令还会显示关于锁的附加信息,比如属于java.util.concurrent的ownable synchronizers列表。

-m参数

如果使用-m参数,jstack命令将显示混合的栈帧信息,除了Java方法栈帧以外,还有本地方法栈帧。本地方法栈帧是C或C++编写的虚拟机代码或JNI/native代码。

-F 参数

如果Java虚拟机进程由于进程挂起而没有任何响应,那么可以使用-F参数(仅在Oracle Solaris和Linux *** 作系统上游戏)强制显示线程快照信息。
