想要报名考试拿到FRM证书，第一步自然是要先在官网报名的，而FRM的报名工作就需要考生先注册GARP的账号[3]。

第一步：登录GARP协会官网点击进入GARP官网，点击右上角的sign in，进入注册登录界面。

第二步：进入注册登录页面，可以看到下面的选项，初次报名的需要选择“No I am new to GARP”，如果是有账号密码的可以选择上面的“Yes I have a password”登录即可。

第三步：选择“No I am new to GARP”后，会出现如下页面，考生需要填写自己的姓氏、名字、公司、所在行业、工作经历等，对于名字考生按照实际证件的名字填写，而如果是大学生公司就写学校名称即可，职位可以选择other，填写完毕点击下面的“Create an account”按钮创建新账户，如下图所示：
