7、数据业务工单及相关工作处理。负责处理上级单位派发的一切工单,组织与代办点签署各项数据业务协议。(客服故障处理单、个人宽带故障处理单、集团用户故障处理单等) 8、数据业务投诉处理。协助客服部门做好数据业务客户的投诉受理、投诉工单分派、答复、回访;负责异常投诉情况通报。(投诉情况处理表、投诉情况用户反馈表、限期整改
