某些情况下运行的虚拟机会卡死在系统进程里，造成vcenter、vsclient无法对主机进行管理或管理响应及其缓慢，最终导致所有主机进入无法管理状态，也无法统一管理虚拟机，但又不方便直接重启ESXi主机，只能采取结束卡死的虚拟机进程。

目前具体方法如下：

使用troubshooting菜单打开本地shell，使用命令 esxcli vm process list，查看所有运行中的虚拟机及其world ID，对卡死的虚拟机使用 esxcli vm process kill -w xxxx -t soft/force，其中xxxx为world ID号，soft开关为软关闭，force开关在soft不生效时强行关闭。 可以试试看。
