类似这种问题，找到了一个亲测好用（过）的方法：

conda config --add channels conda-forge    

至于conda-forge可以参考这个，大意是conda-forge也是一个丰富的库。

这种问题大概率就是镜像源不给力，多加点（包含了待安装包的）镜像源应该就好使了，简单粗暴
