用beeline连接hive的时候，发现任务总是抢占不到资源，增加：set mapreduce.job.reduces=60;

但是返回：Error while processing statement: Cannot modify mapreduce.job.reduces at runtime. It is not in list of params that are allowed to be modified at runtime

看到大多数人的解决方式都是修改hive-site.xml,然后重启，但是由于生产环境这样 *** 作不现实，仅仅为了一个脚本就重启hive。

还有一个解决方案就是：用旧的参数名设置：set mapred.reduce.tasks=60;

说明：
在hadoop2中有些参数名称过时了，例如原来的mapred.reduce.tasks
改名为mapreduce.job.reduces了，当然，这两个参数你都可以使用，只是第一个参数过时了。
