arcgis发布feature access服务时打包失败

The App Server was found to be stopped when it should have been started. Restarting it

重启app server再试一下

linux服务器node打包失败使用本地打包即可。本地打包应该是：

1、Windows：Windows64-bitwithNode.js8.x

2、Mac：MacOS**-bitwithNode.js8.x。
