当你读到研究生时，你会发现通信里的很多东西要想学好了，都要涉入到计算机专业的学科了，比如算法，数据库，数据结构， *** 作系统等，编程更不用说了，这些在通信专业没有被足够重视的科目都要好好的学一下，尤其是算法，研究生的论文里逃不掉这个核心的。

通信虽说是一个软硬皆吃的专业，但是除了在通信和信号他本身的这两个核心领域里有优势外，在纯软件或纯硬件方面，他的真的比不过计算机专业的孩子。

在就业方面，通信不如计算机专业就业面广泛，学通信的孩子毕业后一部分转行做了软件程序员，一部分从事通信和网络运维工作，无论在硬件还是软件方面，通信都能涉入，只要你能力强，工作都是有的，男生比女生就业好一点，没办法，通信的一部分工作是和出差挂钩的。

学通信的孩子很憧憬进入华为、中兴这种大公司，那你就需要在学好本专业的通原、信号、计算机网络等学科外，还要认真研读数据结构、数据结构、 *** 作系统等科目，C++和Java至少掌握一个，面试题里你会发现这些。

学通信的也可进运营商，学校好的可以进移动，一般的可以选择联通和电信，无论是研究院还是地方的技术员，都是不错的选择。

考研的话，计算机的难一点，毕竟它要考的科目太多了，通信就相对少了一点。

总而言之，言而总之这两个差不多是兄弟专业，考哪个都没有绝对的好与坏，当你考上一个211、985学校，其他的不重要了，211、985这两个头衔对一些用人单位太看重了，让无数非211、985学子唏嘘不已。

如果没有考上211、985也不要气馁，到了研究生阶段只要你肯努力，在一个公平的平台角逐时，你照样能赢了他们。

1. 我也是通信工程的学生。单独就学科来说，有必要，因为通信博大精深，本科出去没什么有价值的工作，必须深造。

2. 考研不考研看自己的兴趣，如果为了规避就业压力，那就别考了，通信考研竞争激烈，没有足够的兴趣很难成功，到时候浪费时间精力不值得

3. 研究生学历在贬值，明年要全部自费了，研究生学历不如以前重要了。

计算机竞争压力更大一些。

可以说是目前工科最火的专业。

应该更难一些要是专业课难度的话，就不好说了。

通信方面多是考通信原理、信号与系统、数模电、电磁波与场等。

计算机方面多是考数据结构、微机原理、 *** 作系统、计算机网络等。
