中芯国际关于谴责《金融时报》不实报道的声明

5月9日，《金融时报》（Financial TImes）发布主题为“中芯国际联合CEO在业务战略上发生分歧”的报道，中芯国际对此郑重声明，两位CEO在公司战略上意见一致，该报道违背事实，纯属捏造。

对于杜撰及传播谣言的媒体和个人，公司表示强烈谴责，将保留诉诸法律追责的权利。

SMIC Condemns the False ReporTIng of the Financial TImes

On May 9, 2019, the Financial TImes published a report titled “Co-chiefs of China’s top chipmaker SMIC fighting over strategy”. SMIC hereby solemnly declares the story is false and fabricated. The Co-CEOs of SMIC see eye to eye on the company's strategy. SMIC condemns the media and individuals who fabricate and spread rumors, and reserves the right to resort to legal action.
