三星确认骁龙 820 使用第二代 14nm FinFET 工艺

　　骁龙 820 此前已经传闻将会由三星代工生产，今天三星官方正式确认了这个消息，并且表示大规模生产使用的是三星最新的第二代 14nm FinFET 工艺。三星电子发言人的原话如下：

　　这也说明骁龙 820 将会拥有 LPP（Low Power Plus）的特性，对比起使用第一代 14nm FinFET 的技术制造处理器，能在提升 15% 速度的同时电池消耗也降低 15%，兼顾性能与续航，三星自家的 Exynos 8890 如无意外也会使用该项工艺。目前使用第一代 14nm FinFET 工艺的是三星代工的苹果 A9 处理器，还有装备在三星 Galaxy 系列旗舰上的 Exynos 7420。用上了最先进的工艺后，不知道骁龙 820 能解决当年 810“火热”的问题不。
