制作步骤:
1、将一片吉利丁用冷水泡软,再隔水搅拌融化,加入到鸡尾酒中

2、倒入容器(将杯子斜放在胶带上,这样成型后就自然也是斜面了)

3、加入50克芒果果肉,放入冰霜里冷藏2小时

4、 将剩余的芒果肉搅打成泥,加入细砂糖和淡奶油,搅匀,将另外一片吉利丁用冷水泡软,再隔水融化,加入芒果奶油中搅拌均匀

5、将冷藏定型好的酒冻取出
